Girsa’s Real Estate Division was founded in 1978, when Don Enrique Nieto Gómez, recognizing the vast opportunities in the regional real estate sector, diversified his investments and turned this vision into a thriving business.
In 1981, we entered the housing market, acquiring land reserves and building residential developments in Celaya, Gto. Notable projects include:
- Zona de Oro de Celaya Residential Development (1981)
- Zona de Oro del Bajio Residential Development (1984)
- Campestre Praderas de la Hacienda Residential Development (1986)
- Arcada Alameda Residential Development (1991)
In 1987, we expanded into the commercial market, developing spaces for banks, casinos, telecommunication centers, and restaurants. In 1993, we built the iconic TORRE GIRSA, as part of Plaza Veleros, the first and only semi-intelligent luxury office building in Celaya, which was awarded Best Project of the Year in Guanajuato in 1995 by CEMEX y COPRENAL.

- Magno Residencial – Luxury Residential Development (2018)
- Plaza Laureto – Restaurant Commercial Plaza (2018)
